Instructions:

Base Triangle:

1. With blue yarn, ch 4, sl st to form a ring.
2. Row 1: Ch 3 (counts as dc), 2 dc in ring. Turn. (3 dc)
3. Row 2: Ch 3, dc in same st, 1 dc in next st, 2 dc in last st. Turn. (5 dc)
4. Row 3: Ch 3, dc in same st, 1 dc in each st across, 2 dc in last st. Turn. (7 dc)
5. Row 4-36: Repeat Row 3, alternating colors every 4 rows for stripe effect. Maintain tension throughout.

Edging:

1. Join beige yarn at any corner. Work sc evenly across all edges for a polished look.
2. In corners, work 3 sc to maintain shape.

Tassels:

1. Wrap yarn around a 5-inch piece of cardboard about 20 times.
2. Cut a separate piece of yarn to tie the top. Remove from cardboard and tie securely.
