Instructions

Front Piece

1. CO 64 stitches.
2. Row 1 (WS): *P1, k1; repeat from * to end.
3. Row 2 (RS): *K1, yo, k2tog; repeat from * to end.
4. Row 3: Repeat Row 1.
5. Row 4: *K2tog, yo, k1; repeat from * to end.
6. Repeat Rows 1-4 until piece measures 16 inches or desired length.
7. BO all stitches loosely.

Back Piece

1. CO 64 stitches.
2. Work in stockinette stitch (knit one row, purl one row) until piece measures 16 inches.
3. BO all stitches loosely.

Finishing

1. Block both pieces to dimensions.
2. With right sides facing, sew three sides together using mattress stitch.
