Instructions:

   5. Round 3: Change to blue yarn. Slip stitch into the corner space. Chain 3, and work (2 dc, chain 2, 3 dc) in the corner space. For each edge, work 3 dc in the chain 2 space. Repeat for all corners and edges. Join with a sl st to top of the beginning chain 3. Fasten off and weave in ends.
2. Repeat Steps for More Squares: Make a total of 20 squares for a blanket of approximately 50 inches by 50 inches.
3. Join the Squares: Lay out your squares in the desired pattern. Using the purple yarn, whip stitch the squares together. Slip stitch through the back loops of each square to ensure an invisible seam.
4. Finish the Edges: With the blue yarn, single crochet around the entire blanket for a finished look. This will also help even out the edges.
