R13: (Sc in next stitch, dec) around. (12 sts) Work 1 sc in the next stitch, then decrease. Repeat 6 times.
R14: Decrease around. (6 sts) Work 6 decreases in a row. This will close the top of the head.

CAPE (Knitted)
Using size 7 knitting needles and Stained Glass yarn. This creates a beautiful, shimmery cape with eyelet holes for the stars.
- Cast on 30 stitches using the long-tail cast-on method. Leave a tail of about 6 inches to weave in later.
- Rows 1-2: Knit across all stitches. (Garter stitch – you'll see ridges forming)
- Row 3 (Eyelet row): K2, *yo (yarn over), k2tog (knit 2 together), k1; repeat from * to last 2 stitches, k2. This creates a row of small holes across the cape.
- Rows 4-5: Knit across all stitches.
- Row 6 (Eyelet row): Repeat Row 3 instructions.
- Rows 7-8: Knit across all stitches.
- Row 9 (Eyelet row): Repeat Row 3 instructions.
- Rows 10-11: Knit across all stitches.
- Row 12 (Eyelet row): Repeat Row 3 instructions.

- Bind off loosely: Bind off all stitches using a loose bind-off method (like the standard knit bind-off but don't pull too tight). Leave a long tail (about 12 inches) for sewing the cape to the body.
- Weave in ends: Use a yarn needle to weave in the cast-on tail and any other loose ends, but leave the bind-off tail for assembly.
